Caroline qualified in Sports Massage in 1994 and has been
practicing ever since. She also qualified as a Reiki Master in 2004. Caroline
offers a holistic approach to the whole body and offers her years of experience
and knowledge to help and guide clients. She is fully qualified and
insured.
Based in Cheadle, Cheshire, Holistic Life uses
specialist therapeutic massage techniques and other therapies to help people
overcome aches and pains, enhance athletic performance and relieve stress. Read

involves relaxing the muscles and other soft tissue, helping the mind and body
