BUSINESS PROFILE:
Welcome to NRG Balance - I am a qualified, insured
Holistic/Complimentary Therapist, trained in a number of modalities. I
encountered this alternative method of healing the body & mind when I
trained in Reiki in early 2001.
The range of clients I see have
problems such as; bad backs/necks, digestive problems, infertility,
knees/shoulders/ankles, substance abuse, ADD/ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, MS, Autism,
and Cancer management, and many others, and the success rate for treatment is
85%.

The Bowen Technique is a gentle, but
wonderfully effective, remedial therapy. It is a series of gentle moves or
rolls over soft tissue encouraging, amongst other things, the stimulation of
blood and lymph circulation, and the relieving of pain and inflammation. Can be
used for - Musculo/skeletal problems, hay fever/asthma/eczema, digestive
problems, hormonal imbalances, stress, sports injuries, autoimmune disorders,
infantile colic, plus much more. Bowen is such a safe treatment, with no known
contra-indications, that it can be used on young and old, those in chronic or
acute pain, and people with terminal disease.
Reiki can be used
in treating a host of illnesses or diseases. It is very relaxing, sometimes
taking the recipient into a meditative state and generally leaving them with a
"chilled- out" feeling after treatment. Reiki treats the person and not the
symptoms, which may only be an indicator of a problem.
Reflexology can be used to treat a number of different
conditions. As with other holistic therapies, it is used to treat the whole
body, therefore the client is being treated and not their symptoms. It has
shown to be effective for the following problems; headaches, hormonal problems,
musculo-skeletal problems, digestive disorders, Parkinson's disease, plus many
others.
Massage using hot volcanic stones to gently stimulate
and exfoliate the skin. The deep penetrating heat prepares the body for deeper
work, melting tension away from the muscles. This is a wonderfully relaxing
massage with the contrast of hot stones for the massage treatment, and cooler
stones to gently reawaken the body. I also offer Hot Stone Massage, for the
ultimate in relaxation.

Tibetan Acupressure Head Massage is not another
version of Indian Head Massage; it is a completely unique therapy, which draws
on the ancient wisdom and philosophies of the Tibetan Ayurveda. Tibetan
Acupressure can help Improve hair and scalp condition, promote hair growth, aid
lymphatic drainage and the elimination of toxins, increase endorphin production
through relaxation, counter the effects of stress, relieve minor headaches and
relax facial and eye muscles.
Australian Bush Flower Essences
The Bush Remedies not only help to give clarity to one's life but also the
courage, strength and commitment to follow and pursue one's goals and dreams.
They help to develop a higher level of intuition, self-esteem, spirituality,
creativity and fun, working in harmony with your body to remove emotional
blocks and imbalances. The more the Essences are used, the more one is likely
to experience greater awareness and happiness in one's life. Then everyone
benefits.... the individual, society and the planet.

range from babies with colic to top-flight sportsmen/women and I have treated
many people over 70. I have experience in working in both the private and
