am an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor approved to provide Energy
Performance Certificates (EPCs). I also work with other partners to provide
Home Information Packs (HIPs). |

Inspect
your energy will help this process by offering an efficient and reliable
service to all clients ( Hip providers, estate agents, solicitors and private
house sellers).
Giving the client a genuine alternative to the
impersonal and remote call centre based panels. I believe that building
relationships with local clients, offering excellent service and having local
knowledge is paramount.
I am a member of Property Reports
Network (www.prnet.org.uk) so I can have back up at any time, this
network is committed to our professional standards and is a single source for a
wide range of property services.
Independant HIPs and EPCs
through your local energy assessor. A partnership with Inspect your Energy
gives you a local representative for your Company. Dealing directly with your
local energy assessor will make the HIP or EPC a process that gives a better
service to all.
As we are providing the EPC, I can also offer the
independent HIP to Estate Agents. I will be you’re local DEA, and be the
face of your agency when visiting clients homes. The HIP can be viewed on line
so that means less paperwork for each client and no need to retain a hard copy
in the office or for the archives.
