Selling Your Home with a Home Condition Report
(includes an Energy Performance Certificate) From 10th September 2007, Home
Information Packs (HIPs) will be mandatory for anyone selling a property with 3
bedrooms or more. In addition to the legal contents of the HIP, it will be
necessary to have either an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) or a more in
depth Home Condition Report (HCR) covering both the physical condition of the
property and its energy efficiency. |

includes an EPC. Enquiries welcome from the public (complete Home Information
Packs available), Estate Agents, Solicitors/Conveyancers and HIP
Providers.
