Matthew James was created from a desire to provide high quality, handcrafted furniture, built to last. Trading in the early years as Bespoke Cabinets, Michael Chadwick the proprietor wanted to build into his company name the same strength and original identity associated with the quality of his work. Naming the business after his son was a sure way of ensuring this.
We are a specialist company with over 35 years combined experience in creating fitted and freestanding furniture. We provide a comprehensive design and cabinet making service, using both traditional and conventional methods of construction
