LA Electrobikes are for those who would love to bike to
work but who don't want to arrive in a sweaty state or face the hills on the
way home on pedal power alone. They are also for those of us who want to run
around town without having to fight for parking spaces or spend time stuck in
traffic. With electric motors that are quiet and give cycling an entirely
different feeling as well as being designed to augment human power so you can
still get a good daily workout as well as a healthy, low-cost alternative to
driving, waiting for buses and cramped / late trains.

MoT since bicycle laws apply, you don’t even have to wear a helmet if you

How the LA
Eletrobike works!
LA Electrobikes are simple to use with a
maximum speed of around 15mph and a range of 30 miles on a single charge of
battery power alone, easily enough to get you where you need to go in an urban
environment. Further distances are achieved by using a combination of battery
and pedal power, in other words, pedal when it is easy and let the motor take
the strain when it is not. Electrobikes work by assisting or replacing your
pedalling with a battery-powered electric motor.
| They can carry you along without your help but perform
better when you pedal. You can compare it to the relaxed pedalling required
when you’ve got your ordinary pushbike up to that easy free-wheeling speed
on level ground. |

You can, of course, use your LA Electrobike like a
normal bicycle when you want to. With sophisticated electronic controls,
today's electric motors are more efficient and produce an abundance of torque
(pull) even with very little throttle.
