does a Mediator do?
- Mediators
are professionally trained negotiators. Their aim is to resolve disagreements
between two or more parties.
- The mediator
will ensure that all parties have their own uninterrupted time to speak in
order to share their thoughts, feelings and concerns.
- Their job is
to understand and outline the position of each side and to systematically
discuss resolutions on each point.
- If the
parties are unable or unwilling to meet, a mediator will pass messages and
information between them.

are impartial and do not take sides.
