BUSINESS PROFILE:
Miss Photography is owned and run by a very talented
photographer and digital art-worker named Emma Jones. Emma is a qualified
freelance professional photographer from Greater Manchester, who specialises in
music and concert photography, environmental portraits, abstracts, artwork and
digital manipulation.
Emma's photographic ability, technically
and visually is truly unique. She is a very talented artist with a good eye for
detail, composition and a dark and individual style.
Emma's
purpose is to create photos with a difference, photographs that stand out
and push the borders of imagery to the limit. Not the same old portraits or
music shots that the majority of photographers produce! Her creative and edgy
portraits capture not only the beauty of her subjects but also their spirit and
power.
All of her images contain a flirtatious darkness that
captures the viewer and gives them a taste of the powerful atmosphere created
within her shots!
Please note: From May 2006 Emma will be
offering studio shoots as well as locational shoots. We are not a
typical portrait studio and do not operate like one. We don't charge a small
fee for a sitting then sting you afterwards with print prices. Emma values her
work and charges accordingly. She believes in quality not quantity! Emma uses
Canon Digital SLR cameras and professional lenses for
ultimate image quality.
Have you
had a gig or concert photographed live at any venue within Greater Manchester?
Emma uses a range of quality photographic kit, techniques and styles to ensure
the atmosphere from you gig is well and truly captured. Expect movement, bright
saturated colours and a lot of photos! All clients are offered a free pre-shoot
meeting to discuss requirements and ideas etc. You will also receive a proof
gallery and a photographers choice gallery for you to view and choose the
desired photos from the comfort of your own home.
