BUSINESS PROFILE:
Ive always had a love of cameras so it seemed a natural
progression that I should end up using one professionally.
It takes
more than an intuitive instinct behind the camera to deliver the
photographs demanded by Brides and Grooms these days. You also have to be able
to communicate, entertain, enjoy and mingle with our guests, become one of
them, to produce anything special, away from the norm or traditional ''stand to
attention'' poses associated with stereotypical wedding photographers.
I do not have a specific mental list of photographs to get, or a
limited amount of film with which to record your day, i have a time slot in
which to produce an individual set of quality prints.
The more
images I take the more likely I am to achieve this for you. People geninely
enjoy themselves when i shoot a wedding. Its an entertainment thing, comedy
coupled with extreme effiecncy.
If I can make you all laugh,
you'll relax, giving way to natural looking photographs. That's the trick.
Anyone can get a group of people to smile at the camera but the eye for detail
makes the difference.
Style, Four words: Artistic, Creative,
Imaginative, Relaxed.
My wedding photography is quite an informal
affair. You will enjoy yourself as I move about your guests. In fact I almost
become one of your guests. I try to inject a touch of humour also to lighten
the mood and keep everyone focused.
As I have no limit on the
number of images taken, I allow myself total artistic freedom usually taking
200+ images to really make sure I have it in the bag. You won't even notice me
taking the vast majority of these as I capture those unrepeatable moments.
The style is a delightful mixture of traditional group images,
reportage to capture the essence of your day and artistic creative images for
those details otherwise normally overlooked. Capture the Moment - don't stage
it.
