offers a complete package of building services to clients looking for
Property Development, Refurbishment, Renovation and Repairs. Colborne
guarantees commitment to client care from beginning to the end of the
project.
Colborne Developments Ltd was established in December
2004 which combined three individuals extensive background knowledge of
Construction and Development as well as Interior Design.
Contracts
to-date include substantial building work on properties throughout Greater
Manchester for both private and commercial clients.
These projects
include the refurbishment of a four storey building in Ashton under Lyne, a
large shop refurbishment in Greenfield, we have also undertaken smaller
projects including cellar conversions, re-wiring, installation of central
heating systems.
We also carry out maintenance works for various
existing clients within the Manchester area including emergency call out work.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our work and services provided, and always
endeavour to ensure client satisfaction.
