taken from you and a background about your company which is then reviewed by an
EmployCare Resourcer to ensure only the right candidates are forwarded to you;
Resourcer will then search our own databases, place legally
drafted adverts and jobs postings, search internet sites, network and use our
recruitment partners to ensure that suitable candidates are found and CVs are
obtained;
If Resourcer considers candidate suitable for position
you will be asked to interview at a time convenient to you
You are
under no obligation to take on any candidates and if non are suitable your
Resourcer will keep looking until a suitable candidate is found.
Once a successful candidate is found there is no fee. EmployCare
helpline can also offer advice on offer letters, contracts, probationary
periods, terms and conditions and other employment related issues.
