requirements throughout the UK. With over 25 years experience in the licensing
sector and over 10 years experience in security and UK military.
Managing Director - Alan C Williams
Has over 30 years
experience as a Director of several Companies in the Security/Fire Alarm
Industry and for many years Managing Director of a chain of Public Houses /
Hotels responsible for the training of employees to gain accredited
qualifications such as National Licensees Certificate Security & Drug
Awareness, Health and Safety, NVQ's ETC. Over the past few years having seen
the importance of staff training in Conflict Management and Security issues due
to the increasing number of incidents personally experienced, is now putting
his vast experience to assist in the training of others.
Our
Instructors
Director of Training - Gareth C Williams Has over 10
years experience in the military and 15 years experience in the licensing
sector and is a recognised self defence instructor. Having dealt with many
situations both in the military and licensing sector, Conflict management and
security has played a large part of his career and has studied for many years
in techniques of both diffusing conflict and self defence techniques; he has
been an instructor both in the military and private sector for many years. All
other instructors have a minimum of 10 years experience in Government Services
or Security / Licensing Sectors. |
