manufactured by VELCRO®.
We can deliver whole rolls
or cut pieces, or our experienced technicians can fabricate custom straps with
the VELCRO® brand fasteners with hook and loop especially suitable
for heavy duty or sporting applications.

OUR SERVICES:
24 Colors are
available in either sew-on or peel and stick adhesives. For wide loop or
wall applications or try the VELCRO® brand 3001 loop 54" wide in
white or black for any heavy duty applications.
Hook and Loop are
sold separate on the roll - so be sure to order each side if needed
VELCRO® brand products cover a wide range of hook and loop
fasteners.
VELCRO® Industries is the owner of the
VELCRO® trademark and is the only company allowed to make genuine
VELCRO® hook and loop products.
There are two sides to the
fasteners. VELCRO® brand hook tape is the rougher side of the two part
tape. Loop is the soft side of the tape. VELCRO® brand hook and loop can be
used to manufacture custom hook and loop straps. VELCRO® brand tapes can
also be cut into strips, squares, and coins.
A question we are often
asked is who invented VELCRO® in 1948, a Swiss amateur-mountaineer
and inventor decided to take his dog for a nature hike. When he returned both
he and the dog where covered with burrs, plant seed-sacs that cling to animal
fur in order to travel to fertile new planting grounds. With his microscope he
inspected one of the many burrs stuck to his pants. He saw all the small hooks
that enabled the seed-bearing burr to cling so viciously to the tiny loops in
the fabric of his pants. He called his invention 'velcro' a combination of the
word velour and crochet.
