BUSINESS PROFILE:
Since 1994 Housemartin Window Co has gone from strength to
strength, using only the finest products available, recognising customer
demand.
All Windows and Conservatories are fitted by full time
members of staff exclusively employed by HWC Ltd. HWC Ltd is a member of Fensa
who regulate building control application and conditions Membership no:15703.
All windows and Doors fitted are entered on to a national database to comply
with the regulations which are in force. All building work is done to British
Standards and each year the BBA (British Board of Agrement) visit members of
staff on site to check that rules and regulations with installations are met
fully.
HWC Ltd have installed windows for other federations and
insurance companies when there has been a problem with installations from
companies which have ceased trading. HWC Ltd offers an Insurance Backed
Guarantee prior to the sale of windows and Conservatories giving the peace of
mind and protection for the future. Martin Rothwell Managing Director of the
company is also a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. Tech.

The company has been employed by Loss adjusters and
Insurance organisations when building work has gone wrong with other companies
and demolition and rebuild has been agreed. HWC Ltd has built a very good
reputation over the years and is a company envied by some rivals. We offer
first class advice and first class fitting service.

From 1994 HWC Ltd has used
two profiles profiles which have been excellent. For 2005 a brand new concept
has been derived and ultimately a fantastic product has been created.

the market .A VEKA fully sculptured profile with Scribed beads.Maco 2 Shootbolt
Mechanisms to windows and a FUHR pas 024 Locking system for doors. TheDouble
Glazed Unit is a system called ULTRA, made to Housemartin specifications giving
a U-Value of that of a cavity wall with air. The DG Unit comprises of a
reflective coated glass assembled and then filled with an inert gas called
Argon. Rolled in gasket no visible eye line when glazed up. Its neat and
unobtrusive. |
